I welcome and work with individuals from all sexualities, identities and religious backgrounds. However, having life experience as a gay man gives me a unique insight into the challenges and relational culture that can impact the sense of self and confidence of this subgroup of the LGBTQ population.

My work with gay men aims to increase self-compassion, self-acceptance, insight in navigating evolving relationship dynamics, encouraging emotional literacy and connection, and disarming the effects of shame from years of subconscious messaging from the world around us about what it means to be a man.
